BOOKING, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Reservations
All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting our staff directly. Full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Guests may cancel or reschedule their reservation by contacting us at least 24 hours before their scheduled session time.
Requests received less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may not be eligible for cancellation, rescheduling, or refund.
Refund Policy
Approved cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a refund in the form of an electronic gift card (e-gift card). E-gift cards are redeemable only for future experiences, merchandise, or services offered by Let's Smash Rage Room. No cash refunds will be provided.
No-Show Policy
Guests who fail to arrive for their scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals
Guests are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before their scheduled session to complete check-in and any required waivers. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time and may not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Management Rights
Let's Smash Rage Room reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any reservation due to safety concerns, equipment issues, severe weather, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, guests will be offered a rescheduled appointment or a full credit in the form of an e-gift card.
By completing a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
